Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Hub of Retail, we strive to deliver high-quality eCommerce website development and digital services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Service-Based Refunds
Since our services involve time, expertise, and digital deliverables, refunds are not guaranteed once a project has commenced.
- No refunds will be issued after project work has started.
- No refunds will be provided for completed milestones.
- Custom development and design services are non-refundable.
3. Deposit Policy
Initial deposits are non-refundable as they secure your project slot and cover planning and resource allocation.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances where no substantial work has been completed. All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the original payment date. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for review.
5. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project midway, payment for completed work and hours spent will remain due. Any remaining balance may be adjusted accordingly.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services and legal action if necessary.
